At Velasca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes or accessories aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Start Your Request

Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original Velasca box and ensure all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off or Collection

Take your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point or schedule a home collection through our portal.
